There are not considerable amount of designers working exclusively on Men’s fashion in current Pakistan’s fashion portfolio. Local Fashion Weeks are the only way we can find out who is at the top of his game when it comes to Men’s fashion. Here we are presenting to you the widely appreciated men’s collection from one of the most noticeable event in Pakistan’s Fashion Scene at present.
Recently Qmobile Hum Bridal Couture Week 2017 came to an end with its 14th edition. 21 of the best and emerging designers of Pakistan showcased their thematic creations to stay stable in the competition. While there was a Classic Red Segment dedicated to the Gurus of the Fashion Industry.
Amir Adnan Opened the first day with his collection called “An Ode to Heritage”. The inspiration was taken by the old times and paid homage to our rich culture. The designs were focused on depicting the old values and Heritage of Pakistan.
The pieces were crafted in monochromatic theme with simple and elegant embroidery and classic silhouettes.
To kick it up a notch Emraan Rajput’s collection called “Chashm-e-Shahi” which was an all-spring-affair was presented. The collection was based on deep vibrant colors like maroon, green, blues and black. The pieces were full of intricately designed embroidery. The rich and bold palette is for sure going to rock your spring events.
The day was later followed by Naushad Imdad. He showcased his collection under the name Eminence III a prequel of which he presented at previous year’s Hum Bridal Couture Week.
This year they made an ‘eminent’ addition of “Holland & Sherry Savile Low by London” fabrics who are known to be a high end classic franchise for 180 years along with other fabric lines. The collection had contemporary touch for a modern man. Naushad Imdad’s collection did make its mark in terms of creativity and experimentation.
Another men’s collection that stood out was by Ahsan Menswear [UK- International]. The collection is called “Samjhota” and was inspired by the mix of natural and synthetic materials in artificial nature. The whole line was based on 4 Solid shades.
Other designers whose creations were appreciated includes the couture king HSY, House of Arsalan Iqbal and Fahad Hussyn.
